Sebagai contoh mereka selalu mengatakan 'sedang meeting' dan 'i call you back'(tak pernah callback).
Email yang dihantar juga tidak berbalas dan ini menunjukkan mereka tidak professional atau sengaja membuta apabila menerima surat email dari branch atau klien.
Pembayaran kepada subkontraktor juga sering dipandang ringan dan ada subkontraktor yang menunggu bertahun namun pembayaran tidak kunjung tiba. Pelbagai alasan yang diberikan misalnya 'tidak menerima invoice', 'akan dibayar sekaligus' dan sebagainya.
Walaupun invoice telah dihantar berkali-kali kepada orang berkenaan (seperti yang diarahkan) namun mereka (bahagian akaun dan penyelia projek) mengatakan tidak menerimanya dan meminta sekali lagi untuk mengirimnya(samada melalui email atau pos)
